An admission to chronic failure over a 9-year period by Wirral Council. Have a good read. You don’t see many of these!

From around 10 years ago.

Contrary to what the Director of Law Bill Norman is saying here, the Equalities and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) found in our favour, confirming that there was indeed disability discrimination and that it occured over nine years and should be investigated by Anna Klonowski to discover precisely where it had occurred.

But Klonowski’s own personal lawyers – DLA Piper – chose to misunderstand the instruction and luckily for the red-faced, up to its neck in guilt, disabled abusing Council … found against us.

Director of Law Bill Norman was later suspended and paid off £140,000. He got another job at Herefordshire County Council, left under a cloud, joined Cheshire East Council, where the sky fell in on him, then as far as we know, retired quite comfortably off.
