THE FINDINGS ARE A WHITEWASH

The ‘recent correspondence’ referred to above is the letter before claim sent to Wirral Council CEO Paul Satoor in April 2024. This formed a very detailed account which included a large number of questionable statements of conformity and other dubious documents linked to 5G mast applications.

Three UK Limited are the dissolved company whom it is claimed have signed off the bogus statements of conformity. A total of five falsely certified masts have been approved on Wirral. Here is the bogus certificate for Arrowe Park Road on Overchurch Hill:

October 2015 is a full four years before 5G networks were first mooted in the United Kingdom and about four years before telecoms companies began consultations with local councils in order to seek co-operation in installing their networks.

UK councils started their consultations around 2019 in order to allow their lampposts, street furniture and buildings to be used as relay points for 5G signals. This was done because brick walls and trees in full foliage block or attenuate the super high frequency microwave / millimetre band waves that are used. One of the most likely scenarios is that councils would be likely to agree to allowing one in every 5 of their 8 / 10 metre main road lampposts to be used as relay points, with small relaying transceivers fitted on top of the lanterns. This would have the effect of carrying the signal (originating from the masts) around any buildings / trees.

Our letter before claim quoted above was also sent to the Serious Fraud Office, Merseyside Police, the National Crime Agency, Michael Gove, and the Planning Inspectorate, who have all received and signed for the correspondence BUT failed to acknowledge receipt or respond in any manner. So it seems these agencies are NOT “extremely concerned about the issues that [we] have raised and the fact that incorrect company information has been submitted to the local planning authority” … to borrow the words of Wirral Principal Lawyer Paul Martin.

We’ll finish by commenting that it’s painfully clear upon reading this letter that Wirral Council are so very keen to absolve themselves of any blame and as usual, protection of their hideous, hitherto toxic reputation is very much to the forefront.

As for Wirral In It Together, we’ll leave it to a judge to decide whether Wirral Council has been guilty of endorsing and facilitating fraud, sooner than relying upon the word of a salaried employee.

We also won’t be hanging around and will be pressing on with this. We could all be occupying a foreseeable, avoidable, hazardous environment on Wirral right now. So despite Paul Martin protecting the council’s reputation, giving us no timescale and leaving it open-ended, we want Wirral people to be protected, and time is of the essence!
