Vexatious Dransfield could avert the Nurses strike in less than 48 hours

Modern Schools Ltd (MSL) are a PLC and are responsible for 1/2 doz PFI schools in Exeter ,which I am on record for over a decade are unsafe and unfit for purpose, All of my FOIA requests have been refused under the Dransfield Vexatious BS by the Devon County Council. MSL are listed at Companies House. Please see following data. However MSL would appear to be a GHOST Company, No doubt there are dozens, if not Hundreds of similar Ghost Companies on the PFI projects. The safety issues with these schools which I raised include the failure to provision the schools with adequate lightning protection and failure to ensure the drinking water was safe inter alia. At St Peters School it was documented that CONTAMINATED DRINKING WATER WAS PROVIDED FOR OVER A DECADE.

The Tory Party abolished PFI projects about 3/4 years ago but these PFI projects are STILL MAKING HUGE Profits for GHOST Companies. I don’t know how many NHS Hospitals were constructed under the PFI white elephant but I would envisage the saving from being abolished would easily pay the Nurse Pay rises. BTW Carillion the original design and Build Contractors went Bankrupt 4/5 years ago. Quelle surprise.

It is not rocket science but simple Maths to remove the PFI Project. Actions required now:

1 Cease and desist ALL PFI Projects NOW

2 Place All PFI Projects under Tender for Operation and Maintainance O&M. Better still, place all PFI Projects under nationalised schemes.

Current PFI projects are charging £500 to fit a new toilet seat and £150 to change a light bulb. Put someone like Matt Hancock in charge because he’s so trustworthy?
