     Market share and the creation of illness markets appears to be what’s driving Pfizer here … and certainly not saving lives.

       As with NHS and care – old and disabled the worse they make the more profit Munro said very dangerous monopoly for profit care ……….. but future for all services- ed, hols, pubs etc – new world/profit order
