Note: Crystal Palace’s Wilfried Zaha has not ‘bent the knee’ since early autumn 2020 and NO ONE dares mention it. QPR do not involve themselves and have not since early season. Middlesbrough also.
Debate, even about something that they speak of in such reverential tones, is not something the media will find time or space for.
In this sense, it’s the same as Covid19. Which is obviously not a debate friendly topic for our ‘fearless’ media. The minute you want to intelligently discuss the pros and cons, they fall silent and the whole thing goes to pieces.
So instead, we get the party line, unquestioning obedience, an eye to the Honours List, no jeopardising of their chances for a CBE, knighthood or peerage, box ticking and a blind loyalty to this ‘honourable cause’.
Worse still, EUFA refuse to act on blatant racism in lower league or non-league games. So on it goes, fuelled even further, and the honourable cause of exposing racism is being ignored to usher in a deceitful, empty PR campaign, all carried on as lip service…
Anyone defending this shambles is either complicit, greedy for trinkets and UK Honours or stupid. Shame on them.

Shame on the twats who’ve hijacked Black Lives Matter for greed, a desire for UK honours or PR purposes. Racism has been encouraged by their fucking selfishness / idiocy.
