It’s taken the World Health Organisation 10 months to issue this guidance. Cynical old me would suggest It’s aimed at reducing false positives AND it’s timed to coincide with the roll-out of the competing COVID19 vaccines. And should the scam work, here’s a likely newspaper headline:
“CASES ARE PLUMMETING GLOBALLY. COVID VACCINES ARE WORKING”.
