HKLSHSW Austerity Greetings Cards

These are to be rolled out in a timely response to central government cuts.  They’ll be applied broadly across the full range of employee complaints, and will replace the standard policies and procedures forthwith.  It was felt that the old methods were impersonal, outdated and “not very user friendly”.

However, the beauty of the new approach is that the cards are bespoke, cheerful, person-centred and designed to cut to the chase, whilst conserving public funds and precious senior officer time.
