Dear Wirral MPs and Councillors,

The World Health Organisation (WHO) has recently backed a review that analysed 52 scientific studies and concluded that radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (RF-EMF) emitted by cellphones and other wireless devices were linked to an increased risk of malignant gliomas in the brain and malignant schwannomas – or nerve tumours – in the heart in studies on animals. The review also found moderate certainty evidence that cellphone radiation exposure causes an increased risk of rare liver and adrenal gland tumours.

This review, published on 25th April 2025 highlighted that the tumour types identified in animal studies correspond with those found in human studies of mobile phone users.

This is an extremely serious development which I must stress needs to be considered by yourselves – in particular by those councillors working on the Wirral Planning Committee and who have been approving applications for 5G masts, which are the latest iteration of mobile phone network development.

You should also be made aware / reminded that radio frequency networks approved by councils (including Wirral) have been deemed uninsurable by professional actuaries employed at Lloyds of London, Swiss RE and other top insurers. In other words, with no insurance cover, a ticking time bomb has been placed under this situation, one which I believe will result in a foreseeable, avoidable ‘explosion’ of personal injury claims, legal recriminations and subsequent changes to the law down the line. Yourselves (particularly as Planning Committee councillors) have always been liable and will one day be held responsible. I now see it as my solemn duty to inform / remind you of the potential consequences of your actions / inactions.

These councillors have taken it upon themselves to warn others in this regard, place it onto the record and make it official, which in my opinion is long overdue. I don’t know whether you will be acting in order to protect yourselves or to make a stand on behalf of the health of your constituents, but my advice to you at this juncture would be to show some courage, acknowledge this email, make official representations in order to remedy this dangerous situation and make Wirral a safer place for us all to live, prosper and bring up our children,

I like to think we don’t die. We are unique in another, remarkable sense. There have been 120 billion human beings alive, ever, so the experts say. Every one of these, who took at least one breath of oxygen, remains alive eternally as the potential master of their own unique universe. God – whatever, whoever that is – pulled a fast one on us by giving us the very STRONG impression that people die young, middle-aged, have three score years and ten, or occasionally reach 10 or 11 decades, then pop off. Would God have restricted humans – this most wonderful creation – to a time on Earth much shorter than trees, rocks, and lumps of coal? In my opinion, no. The people who ‘die’ around you are Non Player Characters, but YOU as a prime mover and shaker are immortal. As your life goes on, and it becomes known to the world’s controllers that you’re aged 189, and are not going anywhere, they try to kill you. But can’t, obviously. That’s where your battle commences. Without harming or killing anyone, you must take on the challenge of shaping your universe, one of peace, happiness, enlightenment and unbridled joy.
