It’s around 30 metres away from the school.

When you click on VIEW, you’ll notice how it’s not possible to view the documentation that will have been submitted to Liverpool City Council when these planning applications were made and subsequently approved in 2011 and 2013.

I have concerns about possible fraudulent behaviour.
