    Sorry,it should read para 33. I can safely say most, if not all GOV departments has used the Dransfield Vexatious Silver Bullet BS to hide sensitive information. I note with a wry smile the Upper Tribunal President has retired/resigned or sacked. I refer to Judge Judith Farbey Good riddance to bad rubbish sez me.
