From a total of 16 local council Freedom of Information requests (scroll down) referring to bogus 5G safety certificates, I’ve had the best response from Sefton Council.

Here is a link to their reply, where four of my five questions have been addressed with the information requested and links to the planning portal. The other 15 councils have basically been evasive or shut up shop and either told me they don’t have the information or the time / resources to address it.

The plan of attack now is to appeal the Kingston Upon Thames Council case to the Information Commissioner quoting Sefton’s full response and asking why Kingston council chose not to respond in full in the same way Sefton did.
