Balfour Beatty – Whistleblower Case Resurfaces as CEO Steps Down 🚨 Alan Dransfield

Balfour Beatty – In 2009 I was dismissed from Balfour Beatty after raising serious safety concerns about lightning protection at Exeter Chiefs’ stadium and defects on a Network Rail project.

BB claimed it was “redundancy.” I call it what it was — retaliation against a whistleblower. The Employment Tribunal and Appeal Tribunal refused to hear the substance of my case, hiding behind technicalities. Fraud dressed up as procedure.Fast forward to 2025: Leo Quinn, their CEO for the past decade, steps down. His successor, Philip Hoare, takes over in September. A perfect moment to remind Balfour Beatty that fraud unravels all.

I’ve issued a Letter of Intent to Balfour Beatty, and my case is also before the European Court of Human Rights under Articles 6 (fair trial) and 10 (freedom of expression / whistleblowing).⚠️ A company cannot claim world-class standards while silencing those who speak up about public safety.
