The admission is helpful that under Andrea Sutcliffe the Nursing and Midwifery Council had not investigated the allegation below by Mental Health Nurse Tanya Poole as well as other serious allegations.

Has come to the attention of secondary services having been arrested and bought for questioning for multiple threats to use anthrax on people and also threatening behaviour towards a high court judge.
According to the now former Corporate Director of Somerset NHS Foundation Trust Mr. Phil Brice the above assertion by Tanya Poole, (Registered Nurse – Mental Health) Somerset NHS Foundation Trust
was investigated by Mental Health Nurse Chole Stepney presently Head of Forensic Mental Health Services,Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. When asked to produce evidence of Mental Health Nurse
Chole Stepney investigation the Data Protection Office was unable to locate any evidence that supported any investigation having been conducted by Chole Stepney Somerset NHS Foundation Trust .
Please be advised that the Security Services including MI5 and other organisations are aware of the above, and the many other false allegations that have been made against me (Leonard Lawrence).
On the 30 March 2022 I was falsely arrested by Avon and Somerset Police on allegations of malicious communications. The objective was to take me to Avon and Somerset Police Bridgewater Police Custody
Centre and have me detained under the Mental Health Act by Forensic Mental Health Nurses presently employed by Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. Having failed to detain me under the Mental Health Act
the objective then focused on attempting to discredit me and have me detained under the Mental Health Act using a psychiatric crisis team.
The Chief Medical Officer, Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, Consultant Psychiatrist, Professor Merion FRCPsych and Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Upadhye MRCPsych did not support the allegations being made
against me by Mental Heath Nurses. It was later discovered that more than 120 individuals had entered my medical records, some of whom entered malicious and extremely dangerous allegations. The names,
date and times of all that entered my medical records have been recovered. Access to my medical records is now blocked.

Len’s ID looked homemade. His Disability ID UK batch lacked the holograph. He’d adapted his Headway badge to include the NPCC (National Police Chief Council)
moniker in the lower right hand corner. This baffled the police as to why it would be on there.
Assistant Commissioner Martin Hewitt and Chief Constable Gavin Stephens, Chair of the National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC) have addressed this specific allegation.
The police were not baffled by my Headway badge, the badge has a unique serial number.

b) Oliver appears to be the Judge who awarded the court of protection that Len is so adamant is to keep him trapped.

Shortly before my arrest a Chief Superintendent had a finding made against her for the Obstruction of justice in my case.
48 hours after my arrest the Chief Superintendent was no longer in her post that had included responsibility for police custody and criminal investigations.
The name of the Chief Superintendent is Chief Superintendent Claire Armes.

a) This man appears to be suffering from a long held set of delusionary beliefs related to his beliefs related perceived suffering from organophosphate poisoning.
b) During assessment he appeared to be suffering from some pressure of speech flight of ideas, grandiose beliefs and a fixation on a court of protection matter
that is a little understand or linked to a logical reality based framework
My medical records and police records clearly identify organophosphate poisoning.
Whilst the police custody CCTV was deleted, one CCTV tape recording has been recovered. The CCTV recording shows a Court of Protection Medical Certificate.

together with from where did Tanya Poole obtained the allegation alleging multiple threats to use ANTHRAXon people.
For nine months prior to the attack on me by Somerset NHS Foundation Trust Mental Health Service I was under 24 hour safeguarding, a diary was also kept. Those involved
with my safeguarding included those with many years service in counter terrorism and policing.
The ease at how peoples medical records can be accessed by Forensic Mental Health Nurses, Mental Health Nurses and others associated with Somerset NHS Foundation
Trust and false and misleading information added is also a matter for the Information Commissioners Office who’s assistance has been most helpful.
