Dear Sir

Please find the following letter from Mr. Sowerbutts, the ICO Case Manager who held sole responsibility for placing me under a lifetime ban. 

These 5 cases were the foundation of the legal argument by Mr Kosmon KBW yesterday. This is yet another reason why the ICO failed to process my SAR. The key witness Mr Tracey was aware of these five cases but could not recall one of the five cases.

May I take this opportunity to ask Judge Rentoul to place an order against the ICO to ensure my SAR  is processed in Law.

May I also take this opportunity in requesting copies of the Audio and Transcript from yesterday’s hearing.

I shall need these in the event of any UT Hearing.
