As all my facebook friends know, the ICO have put me on a lifetime ban from using the FOIA/2000/EIR2004 and GDPR2019. I am due to attend a FTT later this year,hence can’t go into too much detail due to contempt of court. There was I thinking the ICO duty of care was to protect Joe Public and ensure transparency accountability etc.
