[Download] The As Built Health and Safety File (ABHSF) for the Exeter Chiefs Rugby Bridge, which is/was the foundation for the Dransfield Vexatious BS Case

Dear Madam,

I am resending the As Built Health and Safety File (ABHSF) and it’s only 20 MB, hence I can’t understand why your office would not accept it.

It is imperative this ABHSF is put before Elizabeth Denham the Incoming IC as it clearly supports my claim that my original FOIA request could not have been termed as vexatious unless a corrupt mindset was applied by Judge Wikeley.

This ABHSF should be forwarded to Cheshire Police as a matter of urgency because it supports my allegations that ICO officials and Christopher Graham in particular have wilfully breached section 77 of the FOIA.

For your information, action and file,

Yours sincerely,

Alan M Dransfield

Please confirm receipt of this ABHSF.

The As Built and H&S File is prima facie evidence the Dransfield Vexatious BS because the ABHSF confirms the Exeter Chiefs Rugby Bridge had not be provisioned by any Lightning Protection System Protection (LPS).Therefore my original FOIA request could and should not have been deemed to be vexatious.Thousands of people are being denied their legal, civil and human right every time the Vexatious Court Exemption is used.
