I took this to the FTT and won my appeal. The ICO then appealed to the UT and won. Then I appealed to the Court of Appeal and lost. Most interesting factors is, it was the ICO who appealed the FTT DN NOT the DCC . The DCC relied upon the costs would exceed the cost ceiling which was BS because it would have cost pennies to send it electronically, I did eventually get the documents I was seeking which proved without a doubt the Exeter Ruby Bridge was devoid of any Lightning Protection. BTW I did appeal to the Supreme Court who claimed I had no legal argument?
