This Decision Notice on HS2 is unlawful because the FOIA Name has been published. There are hundreds of similar vexatious refusals all based on the Dransfield vexatious BS.

    If ever we needed the FOIA Laws it is NOW but the ICO are sleeping in the same bed as the Tory Government resulting Joe Public has been gagged via the Dransfield Vexatious Court Precedent . Court precedent my ass . The Dransfield Vexatious decision was designed as tool to assist the passage of fraud and a cover up heinous crimes.
