I respectively wish to point out the Scottish Courts have erred in law because they have relied upon an unlawful Case Law Precedent.

I refer to EWCA Civ 454 2015  ICO v Dransfield.. English Courts  have adopted a Gungho approach with the Dransfield Vexatious Court Precedent which has now been exported north of the border by the  Unlawful Elizabeth Deham at the ICO.

I also consider the Scottish Courts are breaching my Human Rights by the publication of my name in your decisions,
