    The ICO upheld the South Yorkshire Police (SYP) Vexatious refusal. How bizarre is that. The Dransfield Vexatious Bullshit was used by the SYP and supported by the ICO . It beggars belief that 80K children whom have been sexually abused are
    now neglected and prevented Justice by both the SYP and ICO. In essence the ICO have been complicit with the SYP to pervert the course of justice. The ICO should be disbanded because they are not fit for purpose, ditto the SYP
