This is a huge distraction done to throw us off the scent of existing nanotechnology, achieving the same or greater impact, that was first developed over 10 years ago. We’re talking about virtually imperceptible to the human eye technology the size of dust. It’s just a few microns in diameter, and could already have been rolled out, but without any fanfare, obviously.
