Please see the attached document from the Isle of Man FOIA and it can be seen the FOIA Isle of Man 2015 have adopted the Dransfield Vexatious Court Precedent . I understand the Isle of Man FOI 2015 is completely separate from the UK FOIA 2000. I must assume the UK ICO (Ms Denham) were responsible for tutoring the IOM FOIA Authorities despite knowing full well the Dransfield Vexatious Silver Bullet was designed by crooks to protect crooks via the Court of Appeal EWCA/454/ 15 /4/2015. It is a fact the ICO under Denham have also “SOLD” this Dransfield Vexatious BS to at least 3 states in the USA.Denham knew or should have known the Dransfield Vexatious Court Authority was reached via a corrupt mindset where the ICO have acted in concert with HMCTS and Court of Appeal solely to pervert the course of justice and to gag Joe Public..Mr Bailey, enough is enough of the Dransfield Vexatious BS and you are fully aware the uses of section 50(2)(b) and section 17(6) is currently under review via EA/2077/2019 Dr Kirkham and Dransfield  and is currently awaiting a Decision Notice.The ICO now have the brass neck to export this Dransfield Vexatious BS World Wide, no doubt the ICO are sending clowns like you and Denham on Jollies World wide to promote the Dransfield Vexatious Hogwash.Lord Denning will turn in his grave to learn the ICO are exportingthe Dransfield Vexatious Hogwash to pervert the course of justice and to Deny Freedom of Information World Wide.
