The NHS stands to lose over 100,000 staff, which will bring down the curtain and help the Conservative government to realise their biggest wet dream; ridding us of the NHS and introducing a fully Americanised model, where the working and middle classes are fleeced and the “useless eater” poor will be left to suffer and die.
