   Honesty ,transparency in public life is a thing of the past in the UK.At this juncture under the Tory Party ,corruption, collusion malfeasance etc is a way of life at Central and Local Government level.. The UK Legal System,Police,Local Councils have failed their fiduciary duty of care. The oversight authorities ,eg the ICO , Police Crime Commissioners, Politicians ,HMCTS have been overtaken by personal gain ,corruption , synonymous to the 3rd World. Honesty,integrity ,morals have been cast by the wayside.
   This has been allowed to happen because of the demise of the NOLAN PRINCIPLES. Transparency,accountability and security (TAS) MUST be seen to be working and if it ain’t seen to be working,in all probability it AIN’T working.
   Access to INFORMATION is paramount to Justice and Human,Civil and Legal Rights and the Information Commissioner Elizabeth Denham and her Predecessor Christopher Graham have acted in concert with Public Authorities Nationwide to Pervert the Course of Justice.
   An independent Public Inquiry is required into the Conduct of the ICO/HMCTS/Ministry of Justice etc.
