Former Far Right Council leader Steve Foulkes, just prior to being re-elected in 2019 … the vast majority of Claughton voters were obviously deeply ignorant of the abuse of vulnerable, disabled people, the extensive cover-up, the ‘improvement’ that never was, and the deceit Foulkes had immersed himself in as Wirral Council leader, prior to stepping down in disgrace, being elevated to Mayor by liar Phil Davies, then involving himself in a disgusting, racist incident in Sorrento, Italy, when he thought council tax payers weren’t watching.
