We’ve now received a response on this from UK Peer of the Realm Lord Bethell. Despite the urgency, this has taken two months:

Over a month has gone by, but despite the urgency, nothing has been received from Gavin Williamson or Dame Angela Eagle. We will be forced to contact Eagle again to insist she notifies Health Secretary Matt Hancock and following this foreseeable, avoidable delay, makes an urgent public statement on our behalf in Parliament.
