Good spot !
I noticed his reliance upon the word “team”, which appears 13 (THIRTEEN) times in this article. I’ll be generous and describe this behaviour as “overreach”.
Gloss brush in hand, the poor man’s desperate to convince us that #WirralFail Town Hall staff are just regular human beings, trying to do their best, like you and me.
But… having seen the FoI “team” in action over a long period, the truth is quite different. The Information Commissioner himself appears to agree with me, and is on the record, saying, “I would really like to send in a good practice squad to Wirral Borough Council.”
