“THE ART OF DARKNESS”

This tragic waste of black marker pen was sent in response to the following FoI request to abusive Wirral Council.  Subject: “Helpline Regarding Illegal Delays in Social Care”

It was lodged back in MAY 2012 and it ground on for many, many months.  This council’s stonewalling cynicism genuinely knows no bounds………

The ICO have been very sympathetic with this one.  I think even they know when data controllers are taking the Mickey… and are deliberately dragging their feet and wasting everybody’s time….
