Wirral Council have labelled six of Birkenhead Market Trader Alan Featherstone’s Freedom of Information requests “VEXATIOUS”, even though many of his allegations are well-founded and he has been vindicated inside an internal Wirral Council investigation, recently reported upon in the local media.
