Back in September 2009, I was gagged inside a compromise agreement, which prevented me from discussing the issues that led up to the signing of that agreement. Here, I am revealing a letter to the external investigator who eventually found in my favour (the names of the people involved have been redacted). I won my case against this employer: Cheshire West and Chester Council.
