It is a couple of years now since you interviewed me on the Bakers Bridge which I claim is unsafe and not fit for purpose.
I now have irrefutable, demonstrable evidence from the Devon County Council themselves that this Pedestrian bridge has been devoid of any lightning Protection since it was opened in 2006.
I ref to the As Built Health and Safety Files for that bridge which doesn’t mention LIGHTNING one single time.
This Construction document also proves that my original FOIA could not/should not have been deemed vexatious. From that decision, I have now been listed as the UK’s leading vexatious court authority / precedent.
I now ask you to do a follow-up interview with me via Skype and ask you to publish that interview via Spotlight. This bridge has been devoid of any lightning protection for over a decade. I can now produce concrete evidence that the DCC were lying through their teeth. Maybe you could invite the DCC /CEO for a 3-way interview.
I believe the BBC have a duty of care to alert Devon General Public to this life-threatening danger at Bakers Bridge. You will recall in you last interview with me on this matter, the DCC claimed the Bridge was fitted with Lightning Protection in January 2014. You might want to ask them why they did this some 8 years post completion. It would also confirm my allegation they committed perjury at a number of FOIA tribunals,

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 has been weaponised. The people that have weaponised this Act are none other than the authorities who are paid a king’s ransom to police the FOIA 2000, i.e. the Information Commissioner’s Office, His Majesty’s Court and Tribunal Service, and the boatload of corrupt public authorities, including the Justice Department, the Cabinet Office, the Prime Minister’s office, and both Labour and Conservative parties, inter alia.
The chief FOI weapon is the Dransfield vexatious case GIA/3037/2011. The Dransfield vexatious case is a silver bullet get out of jail free card, which has been used thousands of times by the ICO to pervert the course of Justice, to assist the passage of fraud and theft of public funds, and to hide heinous crimes, paedophilia, fraud, murder, etc.
In layman’s language, the Dransfield vexatious court precedent was designed by crooks to protect crooks. There are a number of public enquiries ongoing, all of which the Dransfield court precedent has been used to circumvent the FOI Act and to pervert the course of justice. I refer to the post office fraud, the Grenfell fire, the contaminated blood scandal, UK water waste pollution, Windrush, the Hillsborough disaster, the Covid pandemic, inter alia.
