These two were gagged, paid off, given clean bills of health and allowed to leave two days before the Klonowski report was published, which enabled them to escape justice / accountability. Disabled abuser Noone later became the Head of Adult Social Services at Reading Borough Council. Even now, she’s working in a senior social services role at Bedford Borough Council.
