Dear Tribunal and Mr Cardin

I am writing regarding the Tribunal’s decision requiring the Council to issue a fresh response to the request dated 15 July 2024 within 28 days of promulgation.

We are currently progressing this work as a priority. However,  we are writing to request an extension of time to complete this work.

We would be grateful if an extension of a further 28 additional days (until 15th May) could be granted to allow us to finalise and issue a full response. But of course we will aim to respond sooner rather than later.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this delay and would like to assure you that we are taking steps to address this matter as quickly as possible.

Kind regards

Rhian Allen
