Scoping and screening requests for proposed solar PV development:

I trudged across some of Wirral’s pristine, greenbelt fields today and took a few photos / videos of the telecoms equipment that’s been here since 28th August 2025 (completion date).

I think the question on everyone’s lips right now is, “How did the Chinese Chint Solar company get this far with their proposals?” Have they secured a deal with whoever owns this land and if so, are they now putting the finishing touches to a planning application and subsequent decision from Wirral Council?
It will probably all come out in the wash – as they say – but it seems likely that there’s been some underhand goings on that have been beyond the purview of local people – whom it cannot be denied, have an indisputable interest in this.
