Please provide a full, costed and comprehensive breakdown of First Class rail travel indulged in by Wirral Councillors of all parties – including independent members – for the period April 2024 to April 2025. Please also provide the same for the period April 2025 to the present date.
Please resist any temptation to conceal inconvenient facts – such as say, Chair of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority Transport Committee Councillor Steve Foulkes travelling in luxury – because I will take you through internal review and then onto the First Tier Tribunal,
