    When Dave Goddard, then Leader of Stockport Council, and this LibDem Executive Councillor and former Greater Manchester policeman paedophile repeatedly/maliciously imprisoned the sick, innocent, fiercely protective dad of two lovely young daughters until he died aged 58, Clegg was told about their abuse of this gentle soul, but Clegg still sent Goddard to the Lords.
