Dear Sirs,

I wish to blow the whistle against the Information Commissioners Office( ICO) and HMCTS.

I do state the ICO have conspired with rogue governments Ministers and judges and rogue Public Authorities in relation to the abuse of section 14/1 of the FOIA 2000. I rely on demonstrable FOI case EWCA/ 454 Civ 2015 and GIA 3037/2011. These two cases were TEST CASES and are now Vexatious Court Precedents. The Dransfield Vexatious Court Precedent case has been used in the region of one thousand (1K) times and is now used as a silver bullet get out of jail free. There is prima facie evidence at the ICO website and available evidence to warrant a public inquiry.

Please allow me to give you a few examples where the Dransfield Vexatious case has been used to pervert the course of justice

1. Post office Public inquiry

2. Grenfell fire PI

3. Contaminated blood PI

4. Raw Sewage dumping PI

5. Windrush PI

6. Hillsborough PI

The following officials and Judges are merely a short list of corrupt Judges, ICO Officials, Civil Servants, etc.

1. Lady Justice Judge Arden, Court of Appeal

2. Judges Wikeley and Rentoul, Upper Tribunal

3. Richard Bailey, Solicitor, ICO

4. The last five Information Commissioners, and a host of ICO senior officials.
