[Download] The Cestui Que Vie Act of 1666 🇬🇧

Here is a summary of this document:

The Cestui Que Vie Act of 1666 is a controversial piece of legislation that was enacted in response to the Black Plague and Great Fire of London. It essentially declared all individuals as “dead” or “lost at sea” in a legal sense, if they did not claim their estate within 7 years allowing the government to take control of their property and assets.

However, this type of legislation is dangerous to a society if the powers that be misuse it.

Is this Act still in effect today?

On one hand, the Act was never officially repealed, so technically, it’s still on the books. On the other hand, it’s been over 350 years, and society has changed quite a bit since then.

The Act was designed for a very specific set of circumstances, and it has been misused ever since.

The Cestui Que Vie Act of 1666 is how the 0.0001% global elite was able to manipulate citizens into signing over their children as “dead on arrival” and eventually their “lost estate” became surety for a corporate debt.

There are two Cestui Que Vie Acts. One was enacted in 1666 and the other in 1707.

The 1666 Act addresses issues arising from the absence or presumed death of persons overseas, impacting property leases based on their lives. It establishes that if such a person is absent for seven years with no proof of life, they are presumed dead for property recovery purposes.

The 1707 Act further addresses the concealment of a person’s death to defraud estate claims. It allows for annual court orders to prove the life status of individuals whose existence impacts property rights, with legal provisions for both concealment and the reappearance of such individuals.

The bottom line is that these acts are unconstitutional under the Republic and are the result of an uninformed society regarding the legal and monetary ramifications if they do not claim their status as a LIVING man or woman and if they do not CLAIM their estate…
