‘Manifestly unreasonable’ and ‘vexatious’ have the same meaning according to the Information Commissioner’s Office

Manifestly unreasonable is applicable to the EIRA 2004 and the Vexatious BS is applicable to the FOIA 2000.

The ICO are failing their duty of care. In fact, they are wilfully perverting the course of justice on both acts.
