Comment by Vexatious King of England, Alan M Dransfield:
Who the hell is Michelle Donelan? She is the SoS for Science and Innovation. She appears to have sole primacy for the NEW DATA bill which allows Public Authorities to refuse Subject Access requests (SAR) under vexatious exemption.
I have enclosed the first page of her new Bill 265 below.
If my memory serves me right, the ICO are the oversight authority for the Data Act and the Dept of Media Sports have Gov Control.
The Data Act does not include any Legal Definition, ditto for the FOIA 2000. All my FB friends are aware that I am the Vexatious King of England, hence I wonder if I will be the Vexatious Court Precedent for the New Data Bill. Michelle Donelan is not authorised or qualified to MAKE OR CHANGE the Data Law.

EUROPEAN CONVENTION ON HUMAN RIGHTS
Secretary Michelle Donelan has made the following statement under section 19(1)(a) of the
Human Rights Act 1998:
In my view the provisions of the Data Protection and Digital Information (No. 2) Bill are
compatible with the Convention rights.
