Dear Sirs

I acknowledge and thank you for your response to my FOI request for the name and rank and number of the Police Officer who unlawfully killed a member of the General Public in Hull. I now ask you to review  your decision  to rely upon section 40(2) and section 17. ref two points of law decision .

1.Magyar Helsinki Bizottsag Case Nov 2016 ECHR art 10

2.Section 77 of the FOIA 2000

You knew or should have known these two points of law and therefore have acted in bad faith by withholding the name,rank and badge number of the Humberside Police Officer who unlawfully killed a member of the General Public by the  unlawful discharge of a firearm and now continue to pervert the course of Justice to hide Public Data

In the event you uphold your decision to withhold the data, I shall elevate my complaint to the ICO
