The GIA/3037 /2011 is living proof the FOI/ICO are not fit for purpose . It beggars belief the ICO would ban me for life from using the FOIA/2000. I take my Hat off the Aussie’s who have abolished the Aussie Tribunal System. I have just tyweeted this to the Shadow Justice Secretary who has been sleeping on the Job.

WTF has he been whilst the Justice Sec/Cabinet/Office /ICO and bent Judges have Gagged Joe Public . Ironically the Aussies have just abolished their FOI Tribunal System because of bent Judges etc..
Steve Reed MP I am the first UK citizen to be banned from using the FOIA 2000.I am also the UK’s leading Court Precedent for Vexatious Cases under GIA/3037/2011. The Tory’s and the ICO are acting in concert to Gag Joe Public and you appear to be sleeping on the Job.???
