We did know about the variable mRNA integrity & that EMA with no rationale unilaterally lowered the % acceptance level, without which the EUA could not have been granted.
The entire regulatory process is fraud.
I wasn’t aware of the EMA seniors deliberately avoiding declaring a particular event (unanticipated deviation), per article 5.2 or whatever, whose intent was to ensure national regulators became aware of problems.
So officially the public were kept in the dark that the commercial material wasn’t at all like the clinical trials material.
Obviously it means you can take nothing from the clinical trials to hold true in the real world. Even if they hadn’t cheated in the trials, which they did.
Utter recklessness & corruption.
I don’t know, perhaps this is normal (for crooks)
