ARE THE “VACCINE” LOTS BEING DISTRIBUTED ACCORDING TO A FRACTIONAL FACTORIAL DESIGN AS PART OF THE LARGEST CLINICAL TRIAL EVER CONDUCTED?

“Generally a clinical trial would have discrete dose groups. By that curve it seems each lot has a different set of variables. For arguments sake, let’s say the first shot has the highest concentration of mRNA + graphene oxide + a metal (since Dr. Young found all this). Another batch has a different concentration of mRNA and graphene oxide, no heavy metals. And so on.

To tease out which variable is causing which effect, a fractional factorial design is employed (so one does not need a discrete dose group the variables can get jumbled together). This type of experiment is used in biotech cell culture process to find the best yield and purity for the large molecule drugs (monoclonal antibodies) for example.

This (also called Design of Experiments) design needs a HUGE number of patients to be able to sort out the statistics.” @Breenercast
