We’re Soooo Glad We Destroyed Our Bullying Employer in 2009, Walked Away, Collected Our Pension, and Retired, aged 50

Why?

Because right now, they’d be insisting that I forego my choice over agreeing / not agreeing to invasive medical interventions being performed on my body…

…and insisting that I agree to being jabbed with a dangerous, experimental concoction masquerading as a ”COVID-19 vaccine”…

…or be sacked.

For the record, that employer was Cheshire West and Chester Council, and I was a lighting design engineer.

Below is a video discussing what happened on that day. They chose my 50th birthday – Friday 21st August 2009 – for the final disciplinary hearing. I attended the Chester City headquarters in order to defend myself against four bogus counts of ‘gross misconduct’.

I wore my Falklands War Medal for the occasion.

The hearing did not go very well for them. Being practised bullies, prize gaslighters and flinching cowards, they didn’t have the courage to admit to my face that their case against me had fallen apart. Instead they called the hearing to a halt and lied about ‘parking the issues’ and having it reconvened ‘in two weeks’ time’.

My family and I struggled over the weekend, still worrying that I could end up being sacked.

My phone went on Monday morning though. It was my Unite union rep. He said he’d had a visitor to his office in Ellesmere Port. It was the Head of HR from Cheshire West and Chester Council.

This guy had conceded defeat, said that my pension would be released and I had the option of accepting this result or going to an employment tribunal and continuing to fight the case. If I accepted, I would have to sign what was then called a ‘compromise agreement’.

I signed the agreement and became eligible for my 32-year pension which had started in 1978 when I was aged 18.

Clause 10 stated that forthwith I would agree to being banned from making Personal Data and Freedom of Information Queries of all public bodies in the UK. These were two of the supposedly ‘set in stone’ statutory rights that all of us enjoy.

The penny dropped for me later that they’d chosen my 50th birthday for the hearing because they KNEW I had a strong case and should they lose, releasing my pension would have to be their fall back position.

So they messed up completely here. I later compounded their defeat by appointing Hugh Tomlinson QC to have their ban on my querying rights overturned.

And bringing things up to date, with me retiring early and putting a healthy space between us, they have now missed their opportunity to blackmail me into getting injected with a dubious concoction that won’t provide immunity, won’t stop the jabbed from infecting others and is highly unlikely to help protect jabbed people should they contract COVID-19.
