Dear SirYour position as Chairman of the Grenfell Fire Public Inquiry (GFPI) is untenable by virtue of the FAILURE to ensure the Interim Fire Report (IFR)has been produced. In essence the GFPI has been operating in a legal void since day one and you have known this or should have known this. The ultimate aim of any PUBLIC INQUIRY is to ensure SIMILAR incidents does not happen again. Whether or not you are turning wilful blind eye is not yet clear but it is clear the INTERIM FIRE REPORT HAS NOT YET BEEN PROVIDED .In the absence of the IFR your position is untenable ,ditto for the Met Police and the HSE Inquiry.SUGGESTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONSYou should immediately recuse yourself as Chairman of the Grenfell Fire Public Inquiry and blow the whistle to the Met Police Commissioner.This is not a vexatious letter,it is factual and can be verified by your own records and the ABSENCE of the Interim Fire Report.Please not I have written 7/8 similar letter to your office which have been ignored to date.
