UK MASS FATALITIES. What is Starmer’s government planning now?

Could this be related to Starmer’s riciculous, current plans to send UK troops to Ukraine and is an attempt to prepare for body bags being returned to the UK from Ukraine? OR … in the event that Russia bombs UK cities / military bases, to be in a position to deal with the mass deaths caused?

Please revise for “up to 700 deaths”, as stated

There has not been a single mass fatality incident in the United Kingdom resulting in up to 700 deaths (i.e., 700 or more) in recent history. The deadliest such event in modern times was the 7 July 2005 London bombings, which resulted in 52 fatalities. While over 700 people were injured, the death toll was significantly lower than 700.

The last incident in the UK involving close to or exceeding 700 deaths was during World War II, particularly during the Blitz (1940–1941), when air raids on cities like London, Coventry, and Liverpool occasionally caused hundreds of deaths in a single night. However, no single incident in the post-war period has reached 700 fatalities.

Therefore, the UK has not experienced a mass fatality event with up to 700 deaths in peacetime.
