Do Wirral’s long-suffering people deserve somebody like “Princess” Paula Basnett getting her manicured talons onto the levers of power?
Shit like this wouldn’t have arisen even ten years ago, when we had an investigative media to shake a stick at; one that would have let the public know by raising serious questions about crooked people abusing the power vested in them.
But that’s all gone now. RIP … the local and national mainstream media.
We’ve got to do this for ourselves.
