Lady Justice Arden at the Court of Appeal said, “Vexatiousness primarily involves making a request which has no reasonable foundation, that is no reasonable foundation for thinking that the information sought would be of value to the requester, or to the public or to any section of the public.” Unquote.

Biggest load of bullshit since the Moon Landing. Lady Justice Arden clearly said my request was of no value to me or any member of the Public. HTF did she reach that? Did she have a Crystal Ball?

Judges do not make the Law, they Apply the law. 25 years since the birth of the FOIA and STILL no Vexatious Definition.

The Dransfield Vexatious Bullshit was designed by crooks to protect crooks. It is/was a silver bullet. There are approx 5000 Vexatious Decisions at the ICO Website, all of which held no value to the requester or any member of the public.

BTW, Lady Justice Arden was promoted to the Supreme Court.
