Dear Mr Speaker,

I wish to blow the whistle on 75% of MPs, whom knowingly and wilfully have used section 14:1 vexatious court precedent of the FOIA 2000.

Would it be possible for me to meet you for further discussion regards this FOI court precedent. There is demonstrable evidence at the ICO that MPs are acting in concert with the ICO to pervert the course of Justice.

For the record the ICO have imposed a lifetime ban against me using the FOI and I am also the UK’s leading court precedent for vexatious cases.
